Farm-to-School

Posted Date: 10/01/26 (10:05 AM)

October is National Farm-to-School Month -- a time to celebrate the connections between students, local farmers, and the food on their plates. Farm-to-School programs help students discover where their food comes from through locally grown foods, hands-on learning, and connections with local agriculture. This month, the West Valley School District is excited to highlight the fresh, nutritious foods grown by farmers in our community and celebrate the journey from farm to school cafeteria!
